Welcome
Home.

You are about to take your place among the Malachian Empire — a living tribal nation built on covenant, identity, and belonging. Your enrollment is completed in two steps.

Receive your tribal name, then complete your Tribal ID application. Together, these conclude your official full tribal enrollment.

Your Path to Membership

Two Steps to Belonging

Take them in order. The first gives you your name within the nation; the second makes your membership and identity official.

1
Identity

Receive Your Tribal Name

Every member carries a tribal name — the name you hold within the nation, marked by the Ik designation of Indigenous Kin. Use our generator to discover a name crafted with meaning.

  • Distinct from your government name
  • Begins with the Ik designation (Indigenous Kin)
  • Save your favorites and choose the one that's yours
2
Application

Complete Your Tribal ID Application

With your name chosen and a professional photo ready, complete the official membership & identification application. This registers you and produces your tribal credential.

  • List both your government name and your tribal name
  • Submit a professional passport-style photo
  • We process and prepare your tribal credential
Enrollment Complete

Two Steps. One Nation.

When both steps are complete, your official full tribal enrollment as a recognized member of the Malachian Empire is concluded. Welcome to the family.

Common Questions

Everything You Need to Know

Straight answers to the questions members ask most. Still unsure about something? Member Services is one call, text, or email away.

Enrollment takes two steps. First, receive your tribal name using the name generator. Second, complete your Tribal ID application with both your names and a professional photo. When both are done, your official full tribal enrollment is concluded.

Enrollment is open to sincere individuals and families who feel called to the nation's mission, values, and community. No special lineage, background, or prior experience is required — only genuine intention to belong and contribute. If you'd like to first explore whether this path fits you, you're welcome to take our membership assessment.

Your government name is used for our records and to verify your identity. Your tribal name is the name you carry within the nation — distinct from your government name and marked by the Ik (Indigenous Kin) designation. It is the name that appears on your tribal credential. Both are entered in their own sections of the application.

The generator is a tool to help you discover a meaningful name — not a requirement. You're welcome to choose your own tribal name. Just make sure it is distinct from your government name and carries the Ik designation as your first naming.

"Ik" stands for Indigenous Kin — the first level of naming that every member carries upon enrollment, marking you as kin of the nation. The official Malachian family tribal name, "Malachi," is earned later through dedication and standing within the nation.

A professional, passport-style photo on a plain white background, in formal or professional attire, that is clear, clean, and well lit. You can purchase one at any Walgreens, CVS, U.S. Post Office, and some UPS Stores. Use the readiness checklist above to confirm yours is ready before you apply.

No. Homemade or self-taken photos cannot be processed, and hooded sweatshirts are not permitted. Please dress formally or professionally and use a purchased professional photo — this keeps your credential looking its best and prevents delays to your order.

Current fees and any available options are shown within the Tribal ID application before you submit. If you have questions about pricing, our Member Services team is glad to help you understand your options.

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing, measured from the date your application and photo are received — this varies with workload. Shipping is separate and depends entirely on the postal service, so your total wait includes both processing and delivery.

Yes. Families are welcome, and many members enroll together. Each person completes their own application with their own tribal name and photo. For enrolling minors or coordinating a family enrollment, please reach out to Member Services and we'll guide you.

Contact Member Services as soon as possible — by phone, text, or email — with your details, and we'll help correct it before your credential is produced.
